The story follows the daily life of a normal high school student named Kyosuke Kosaka, whose sister, Kirino, is a rather famous model, with a somewhat disturbing dark side ... the girl is in fact a real otaku fan of video games for adults (and only lolicon). For years, Kyosuke and Kirino were ignored, but one day the boy came home, found by chance at the DVD of an anime called Hoshikuzu Meruru Witch (Witch Meruru Stardust). Intrigued, Kyosuke opens the box, making a rather disconcerting discovery: in fact, is hidden a video game for adults entitled to IMOT Koishiyo! (Love with Little Sister!). Now discovered, Kirino confesses to his brother 'morbid' passion, complicating even more than a relationship far from idyllic.
