The story revolves around a boy named city Soram Tomoki Sakurai who since childhood has always had the same strange dream in which a beautiful girl holding hands and then disappear into the sky making it awaken in tears. Tomoki One day he was invited by his childhood friend and Sohar Mitsuki Eishirō Sugata (the leader of the club's "New World") to see a strange object in the sky that they believe could be the new world.
