The story is set in Japan around the twenty-first century, in an alternate reality. The Tokugawa Shogunate remained in power and tyrannize the school's student council. Yagyuu Muneakira is a high school student who rebels against the board with the help of some girls, whose names have been handed down to them by famous samurai.
